SCHOOLS BACK.

AND I’M A SENIOR!

Hope everyone’s had a good couple days back at school/university/college.
I’ve definitely been able to stay positive, happy, and on track since school started.
But then again I may be speaking too soon.. considering it’s only been three days.

I’ve lost track of eating as healthy as I have been over the summer but I’m still doing pretty well in my opinion. But I haven’t had the time to balance daily exercise into my schedule.

My friends often call me an owl. For two reason.
1) I have big eyes for an asian.
2)  I’m nocturnal.

I like taking naps right after school and then I’d wake up do my homework (is that just me?)  and go back to sleep. So it’ll take some adjusting till I have the time to sneak in exercise during the weekdays.

Come home from school - 4:00 ish
Take nap - 5:00 till 7:00 ish
Homework - 8:00 till midnight
Sleep - till morning.

LOL NO TIME FOR EXERCISE DAMN IT. (or a vigorous/decent +1hr work out)
I love my sleep so it’s hard to give it up even for the sake of exercise.
Over the summer I took midnight jogs, but it’s hard to do that now considering it’s school and I can’t sleep in. Also because it’s my senior year and I have university applications to worry about I need to take my studies a lot more serious.

Anyways I hope all of you continue to eat healthy and work out.
I always come back to my tumblr for that extra motivation.
On top of that I’ve gotten extra motivation because I found the prom dress I want but doesn’t exactly fit, JUST YET.

YEAH so dear followers,
I hope you’re all doing well. ♥
I’d also like to thank you kindly for reading all this.
and if you ever need someone to talk to for whatever reason (regarding school or dieting/exercise, OR BECAUSE YOU JUST WANT TO) don’t be shy!

OH and one last thing, didn’t really take the time to say bye to the summer break.
So goodbye summer, you’ve been good. But it’s time for me to get focused.

I’ve been thinking lately..

I don’t know if it’s just me, but I feel like the more confident and happy you are, the more it shows in your appearance.
I mean like.. now that it’s summer I’m nothing but happy and confident.
Or maybe it’s because I finally learned how to accept and love my flaws.

My bfflz media project, jogging around Toronto and such. :D
I thought it was pretty cute.
ANDDDD I’m in it. yayay.

My progress so far..

I’ve been eating very healthy lately. Eating nearly no meat except for chicken except for this weekend.

I ate my heart away because my friend hosted a party and my family through a barbeque over the weekend and I regret nothing. I didn’t want to come off as hostile when it came to my eating habits because I knew it’d make my other friends insecure as well.

Now that it’s summer all I ever do is work out. Probably more than 5 hours every day (in moderation) at leats 5 days a week, except for the days I made plans.
*lol and my plans are usually dinner/lunch dates (ie; sushi, jack astors, milestones, canyon creek, spin desserts etc. I refuse to eat fast food EXCEPT for pizza. mmm pizza.)

I don’t think it should bother a person when they decide to treat themselves to a juicy burger as long as they get back on track and work it off.

GUUUURL treat yourself once and awhile, it’s not going to kill you.
